I personally did not know EVE had to do with temporal mechanics/time travel? I am feeling the hype, however. BBC ran a 5-day marathon recently too got to watch a lot of Dr Who XD. ---

OK, Iā€™m curious, but I donā€™t like it that they import stuff: Eve lore is vast and deep and I would love to see it fleshed out more! Rather than adding Daleks to the long list of foes, Iā€™d like to learn more about the Triglavians - that seems to have stopped after Pochven. Also, Iā€™m afraid this might be a first of many crossovers, if it works out well. Well, thereā€™s upsides too. I canā€™t wait for the Amarr Empire to deploy a Deathstar. ---

As much as I used to love Doctor Whoā€¦ I really have to ask, exactly how much Dev time was spent on this instead of the mining update? Is the Porpoise mining yield still broken because the developers are too busy with this? Did we not get new mining ships (or ANY new ships) because they were working on this? I get that they might have had to get this built and deployed in a set period contractually, but really, the base game should be a priority, and contract renegotiations happen all the time. ---

Dear CCPā€¦are you guys serious? really? 20 Daysā€¦since the last patchā€¦whereā€™s that battleship rebalance mentioned in your devblog about not doing much? and we get a tie-in after you built a new lore portal? are we done with pochven now? yaā€™ll dont have anything to say about the industry numbers or any of that yet? you have time to work on tie-in content when core mechanics, systems, features, and content need work? \*\*\*Additional thought edit: I pay monthly, soā€¦i just paid a month for last yearā€™s content re-runā€¦a half finished industry patch after two years of knowing what direction you were aiming with industry through the scarcityā€¦and now your big first of the year announcementā€¦is walking around long standing issues yet againā€¦reddit is on fireā€¦go check it out. ---

My first thought was ā€œIs this some kind of an April Fools joke, and a bad one at that?ā€ Looked at it again, Jan 4thā€¦ what is wrong with CCP. Jesus christ in heaven, what is wrong with the people in charge these days. This is legitimately the most cringe worthy thing I have ever seen happen in this game. I would LOVE another T20 scandal (dev giving an alliance TII BPOā€™s for any newer players, happened decades ago) over this. Why is a childrens TV show having a tie in with a game where the average age is like 47? What is going on at CCP HQ?
