# Downloading through the launcher is not going at right speed

When I first start downloads through the launcher, it says I’m downloading at 200% or more of my actual maximum bandwidth.  
This number slowly drops down, eventually going to about 70% of my maximum bandwidth.

During all of this, Task Manager is reporting I’m actually using around 50% of my available bandwidth, despite the launcher saying otherwise.
