# Drone guard/assist no longer works

[This is being fixed](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/upcoming-changes-to-drone-aggression/281713/2197) per CCP Paradox; the Assist impacts were not as intended and they are rolling back the entire drone aggression change at least temporarily (which is to say: if they can find a fix they may make further changes to drone behavior in the future - there are no guarantees of how long drones will behave in a specific fashion or that CCP won’t take away aggression again via a revised implementation later).
