why no events on them recently does CCP have one planed they wish to tell us or just me?

Because players do not organize events that would require the special servers?

Logibro was terminated and there is no one who has time to run those servers.

but that also means less ram for the servers does it so cheaper the less people you have on?  
2nd part i would say put the processing on the same computer as the main server because of less people being on the main
