Im sorry I didn’t want to hijack ur CSM thread. OFC ill ask the others too, even willing to remove my posts from here as this thread is meant to be a introduction and no discussion i guess The issue is that minor instances have no counter for unlimited (size wise) and undelayed (instant) force projection. With the big cyno fleets having a scout in every system, no risk in cynoing (because reinforcement arrive immediately), they can take out the fun of whole low sec pockets by just being there afk. A delay between cyno module activation (like MJD works) and actually cyno up, or for jumpdrives, or a time needed per light-year would give you the opportunity to shoot at the cyno, boosh it, or counter. Would be only one possible solution, the observatory thing you mentioned could well be another.
