> **WHO IS BROFLEET?** BroFleet is the main corporation of **Rubber Duck Republic** , an alliance with a history stretching back to 2015 made of real life friends, experienced players, and newbros. We’re fiercely independent and live in Providence and Devoid, with a high sec base and null-sec area depending on your interests. We aren’t anything to do with any bloc politics, and our bureaucracy is minimal. If you’re into playing, building, and making new friends then you’d like our vibe. Don’t join because you want to be spoon-fed, join because you want to login for the people. > **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** - We have no SP limit but we do vet our recruits to make sure they’d fit well in our group. - Not afraid to jump into PVP. - BitterVets that want to help newer players get into the game. - NewBros looking to get into EVE and find out what the community is all about. - People interested in living in a challenging environment and building things together. > **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** - Non-toxic. - Teamplayer. - Active. - Self-starter. - Willing to listen. - Gets into fleets. - Uses the comms. > **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** - Small/Medium/Large Fleets. - Very organised and polished. - Sansha rats and sites. - Experienced Leadership. - A friendly culture that enjoys banter but keeps it sensible. - Alliance activities. - No constant CTAs or PAP links. - Minimal blues. - Nice People. - Independent and Non-Bloc living.
