Hi, fellow capsule pilots. I’m looking for a community where I can lay my weary legs to rest. I’m about to turn 50, and my little boys are taller than me now – they don’t need dad as much as they did 8 years ago. Well, apart from my full-time job and leadership commitments, I’m looking forward to spending my evenings in the right corp. I’ll first, hopefully briefly, tell my story in Eve so far., thanks for your patience. Well-chosen words here will hopefully prevent embarrassing moments later on both sides, so I write carefully to check if I fit into your fellow dirty bunch of pilots. I’ve been around Eve a long time. Kael was born 2008. Obama was elected. In Beijing, the Olmpic Games took place. In Eve, i was starting with german DEPP , joining -7-, going with them into Providence. Then some years later, at first in high-sec, then with Red Alliance into Querious, years later with Intrepid Crossing into Kalevala. I think by then I’ve seen much of Eve, Null apart from the south-east. In 2015, I founded my own corp, collected a bunch of people, and we went into a tasty pocket of low-sec in Khanid. That was home to Darwinism, we soon found out. After a short quarrel, we had a chat and joined a bunch of dirty pirates who considered Khanid their home, and did a frickin’ good job of defending it for years. We made a new home and all got better at small-scale PvP, gatecamping, and blopsing. Soon we were the most active PvP corp in the alliance and made ourselves a reputation within their filthy ranks. In 2015-ish, my neutral tackling alt blew up three jump freighters in Arzieh and I got so friggin’ rich that I lost my interest in Eve and played other games. Every now and then I was active for a month or two, spinning my caps in Gehi and Vezila. Then the real-life war in Ukraine happened and tore our alliance apart. Now, about ten years later, after my most glorious days in Eve, I felt that certain itch you all know. I sold my stuff, invested everything in PLEX, and started an alt who, with a small wallet, started her career in Gallente high-sec. For two weeks now, my love for Eve is coming back. I owe Darwinism a great deal of fun in Eve, that’s for certain. But like Camina Drummer says: “the past is the past” – I’m looking for work. My KB is okay, I think. But I’m no FC yet, so don’t expect much. I don’t want to be an F1 drone in some power block, so please hold back your alliance advertising. I want, by chance, to join another dirty, small-scale lowsec bunch where one pilot can make a difference, be it in a Redeemer or a Thrasher. Well, you now know my history a little bit. I am not a recruiter or a person that can offer you a home but i just wanted to say, what a refreshing, good read of a recruitment post from a person looking. Hope you find the right home. I used to be with Stay Frosty ( A Band Apart ) down in Ooueletta (Verge Vendor), they are pirates, maybe worth a look if you need to pass away some time researching ---

Firstly, welcome back to the game 🙂 Ok, we’re not low-sec, we’re nullsec, and yes, we are part of an alliance (and, of late, a coallition), but we also (mostly) live in NPC null, close to lowsec, so best of both worlds? We don’t go to 1000 press F1 to continue ops (and, personally, I’m not that big of a fan of those either), but we do like our infrastructure and we do like keeping it alive, so sometimes it’s better to defend it :). As a new player, Darwinism gave me my very first salty loss! I have recently had reason to fly around in Irmalin. At this point, I am recruiting for a very small corp in a smallish alliance in a huge sov null bloc. It is an ex-wormhole corp set up to stage out of Thera. Experience with all regions of NPC null. Getting anywhere on the map is not a problem. We need people who are eager for PvP, if you are open to giving sov null a try! Also, tons of opportunities for in-game ISK faucets, if you care about that at all. Basic requirements are be on comms and in fleet. Also, participate in some PvP activities.
