In anycase, any violation of the TOS/EULA empowers CCP to act against the client, per the terms of the TOS/EULA, as supported by contract law. ---

See above edit as a re-iteration of my already existing position that I never excluded RL crimes. Some TOS/EULA violations comprise violation of RL laws, but all TOS/EULA violations break the contract, legally. You are indifferent to RL violations of TOS/EULA. Are you also indifferent of RL violations of laws/rules outside of EVE? ---
