# Eve launcher downloading but not showing up

evrytime i try to load eve client , the launcher doesnt show that its downloading , but the taskbar icon shows it is, task manager shows it is, and my net speeds are crippled because of this , i am on very slow net speeds atm, even slower now! i cant get eve launcher to show whats downloading or a way to pause it !  
i cant load the character page because its just black as if waiting for resources to be downloaded, ive tried restarting system, the client , tried to repair and still get the same issue

Try disabling test servers that you don’t use. Also enable “Download all” setting and wait till it finishes.

Download progress you can see in E - Server list.
