Eve portal infinite loading screen

I have been trying to get the eve portal app to work on my phone.(IOS version 14.6)

Whenever I try to login It just shows the eve logo constantly and doesn’t actually log me in don’t get any error messages etc. I have tried on my home internet 4G/3G and it never actually logs me in.

Hello! Please log in to the app by another device to see if the issue gets resolved.

I have the same issue. I don’t have another device to try logging in with.
