The code base is shared, so the new RMT features (in-game char and ISK selling for cash) currently being implemented come from CCP devs. It‘s just a question which features will be activated on which server. ---

Its more a case of them asking for specific features, just like the chinese exclusive skins that we don’t get, just because its there that doesn’t mean it has anything to do with CCP if they choose to use it ---
