We aren’t accusing anyone of anything, just providing reasons why you are having the issues you are claiming to have. I don’t care if you are using a VPN or not, (and saying yes or no is not giving away personal information). But knowing if you are or aren’t can let those trying to help you narrow down what is causing the issue.

Connecting to EVE via VPN is not against the rules, though it is one of the reasons why CCP removed the ruble as a form of payment…
