# Every other mining crystal had volatility reduced by 4x, except for Mercoxit.. devs forgot?

The recent update changed mining by reducing cycle time by 4x, to make it more “interactive”, and as a corresponding change reduced mining crystal volatility % by 4x to compensate. But Mercoxit crystals remain high volatility. B types burn out in like 20 minutes mining its ridiculous.

Oversight? Forgot? Or intended?

Hooray, latest patch:

Reduced the volatility of Mercoxit mining crystals to bring them back into line with the equivalent crystal types for mining other ores.
