They started this by assisting in a war. Got rid of their structure. Now they can fight for the duration of the war without a HQ since they now part of the defenders war for up to 2 weeks without owning a structure them self ---

Hundreds of players putting structures in alt corps so that line members can use them but are (get ready for this) not eligible to wardec.
