# FC Twitch Streamers and Illegal Lotteries

FC, and every other small/medium/big gaming studio, all have their ToS/EULA stating that an appropriate punishment for violations are at their discretion (one way or another). So, if a highly valuable streamer violates the rules they tend not to go straight for the “Perma Ban” as such actions will, and can seriously, hurt the game’s free advertisement, potential new customers, in-/direct profits.

I have been watching Loru’s YT content and I for one do think that he does do a great job at promoting EVE. I do feel FC is justified for not going for the perma ban, as a business decision. That’s not to say what Loru and the Players who donated (and won) should not be punished. Now, if it does happen again FC cannot afford not to swing the big hammer or they will lose all the trust that they have spend decades building.

well content creator or not he should have a perma ban on all his accounts
