# FLickering when accessing out of game content on eve

I run 6 accounts and am attempting to get them to run on the laptop . I have managed to set all settings to low and get them running on the laptop but when i acccess out of game content such as these forums on the web browser the screen flickers showing the game window flickering to the fore on and off . Tryed forced enable v-sync and no joy. If anyone knows how to fix this with a nvidia gtx 860m i would really appreciate it .I Run eve clients in fixed window mode
