I was lucky as well sometimes, but if there are enough people on grid it will still crash on high shader… I still have the same bug ---

Reducing the shader quality has resolved the crashes for me. I suspect that some shaders may not be functioning well with Apple architecture. I’ve noticed that the crashes occur more frequently when I’m engaging with missile-firing rats. ---

for me crashes have become more often recently also on medium shaders ---

less crashes but can happen as well… we need to have more people opening tickets about this to assure they know many people have the issue ---

Last CCP answer : Hello, I am Lead GM Mechanic. Unfortunately, the dev teams now have this issue, and the player experience team cannot help resolve it further. There are many bugs in the game and bugs are fixed in the order of their severity and impact on the players. The more players encounter a bug, the higher the bug fix’s priority. they also closed my ticket now… I will file an in game bug report from time to time with all my accounts to assure they see it pop up… hope everybody will do the same here… ---

Hi. This issue has been very difficult to track down. Some people experience it often, while others never experience it on the same hardware. We have had difficulty getting a reproduction internally. Thank you to everyone that has filed a bug report - it really does help! We have deployed a change today that may help, or even solve the situation. If you have been experiencing the issue, could you try to replicate it after the patch today? ---

hi ccp\_caffeine, I‘m super excited to hear from you thanks for helping fixing the issue, at the moment things are running smooth, I tested quite a bit and things are looking good, did not crash a singe time within the last hour… still need to get into fleet and test some more during primetime but for now things are looking promising! thanks so much! ---

Thank you CCP! This is looking like a very big step in the right direction. I have been testing it in busy systems with all eye-candy on and it’s been rock-stable. Tried fleets as well: seems to be pretty stable! Good work! ---

I had indicated it in one of my tickets, the V-Sync on my configuration makes the whole game lag including in station the Market and the Hangars yet I do not see the connection ---

I’ve not seen that before. Please do file a bug report. While we can’t answer every one, they all do get read. Any recordings of it happening can also help a lot.
