I believe the lore here is the same as with instant warp disruption and kill from Concord: it s just a special backdoor to Clone Pilot interface. The weapons simply are _unable_ to target Concord ships. It’s interesting if smart bombs can hurt Concord ships or not. If they can, then this logic may have some merit. ---

Effectively an encounter with Concord would be a limited engagement during which one cannot dock up or use a warp gate. You’d have to survive for that period. ---
