I could solo gank if I needed too but looking at that 0.1% of players have 9+ thought it would be much higher than that. ---

I hope in hisec non-PvP people (PvErs and even miners) will get into dueling as result of this event even or especially if just in cheap frigates and it may become a thing a lot of people participate in even after the event is over. ---

They will not, because quite nobody accept duels. Instead there will be miner and hauler ganking. All across the K-space. For SP XD ---
