# Going Fullscreen turns my EVE into a deep fried meme

Got some extra time on my hands with the current state of the world so i installed Eve again to see what happens. it seams to just happen in fullscreen its a bit annoying not being able to go fullscreen, i use Steam, my monitor is not broken and this never happened on my pc or to any other game.  
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try the following:

- A clean install of the latest version of your graphics card driver.
- Running [DXDiag](https://www.howtogeek.com/258485/how-to-use-the-directx-diagnostic-in-windows/) to see if it finds any problems
- Try “fixed window” mode as a temporary workaround

When you do get it sorted, please come back to tell us how you managed to fix it. It might help the next guy with the same problem.

Fixed it i didn’t have a graphics card driver installed because i recently did a factory reset.
