Your “rights” are determined by CCP, it’s their game and their rules; if you don’t like the rules then you are free to leave and play something else. ---

You do not have the right to come into an existing PvP game and then whine and cry and demand PvP nerfs because you don’t get to opt out of the PvP and mindlessly farm your PvE content. EVE has been a PvP game from day one, and in fact EVE’s highest growth era was when PvP was _more_ common in highsec. The current player losses are happening in an era of more and more PvP nerfs. ---

Lolwut. Highsec PvP has not been buffed, it has been significantly nerfed. Or have you forgotten unlimited war decs for ~5 mil each, getting full insurance payouts on suicide gank ships, neutral remote reps, etc? ---
