today i have deployed to mine some ore and as soon as i activated my mining lazers the whole screen went fuzzy yellow , this problem went away when i zoomed out far enough from my ship .

i went to zoom back in and the problem reappeared . is this a new bug in the game graphics or is it my settings ? link to image of glitch - [Imgur: The magic of the Internet](https://imgur.com/a/SuDQxMF)

i have discovered that an option is causing the problem - somthing called AMD up-scaling , i disabled the option and the yellow screen goes away .
