yh, it’s the item you redeem from various rewards, PLEX can already be put into cargo, but first you need to sell it after you found it in the wreck. CCP could still track the “stack container” ownership change flow to look for RMT. Every item stack is a kind of “container” holding one unique item type quantity inside, hopefully with ownership information - corp or character id. They could probably look up the game logs for sus transfers via this. ---

Absolutely they can. They can track the ownership of every item in the game back to it’s creation. And nobody needs ISK-tokens to disguise money transfers, you can already do direct station trades (Omega 2 Omega) or just put PLEX in your cargo, drop it at a safespot and scoop it with a char that nobody should know it is yours (Omega 2 Alpha). ---
