Oh yes, but that is always just depending on player being able to project force to dispatch other people from the system, be that null, worm or even highsec. It has never even remotely to do if there is a artificial game mechanic in place that declares your alliance or some npc faction king of the system. ---

Their rivals are all jumping at the offer so money moves everything around me. Also IF they had plenty of money already, they wouldn’t be running scams unless they are hurting badly to keep up with their losses now would they. My 100b is about to cause them some more losses , that’s for sure. ---
