No. Max that i saw in one instance was 12k players in Jita way back when. And I remember the lag was noticeable(or how they would call it “time dilution”). On one instance, usually, eve has up to 50 players. Mostly less then 10, even 5. But again- you think WHOLE EVE UNIVERSE is one single server. And that is just not true. Like you said- just because YOU want it to be true…and such.
