To all honorable Capsuleers of New Eden, to my Syndicate Society Knights, and to all sympathizers & those who wish to become one, **Pakkonen Negotiations & Infrastructure Audit** - **Core Principle of Negotiations:** The primary directive was the “optimum for all involved.” The condition for signing was the absence of losers—a fundamental prerequisite for the current freedom of action in Pakkonen. - **Technical Infrastructure:** Approval includes the implementation of 30 kW+ water cascade power plants in combination with public well systems in front of all major buildings and in public squares. - **Brummkreisel Generators (Requirement):** As a contractual necessity to secure CONCORD protection, the provision of Brummkreisel generator technology for planetary use throughout the entire EVE universe was mandated. - **Technological Synergy:** Ships utilize the energy from Brummkreisel generators for propulsion and drinking water treatment, making them highly efficient, autonomous providers. - **Global Reach:** Ships powered by Brummkreisel generators systematically navigate the planetary oceans of all planets in the EVE universe suitable for water management. - **Elimination of Water Scarcity:** Through autonomous operation and continuous desalination/treatment technology, these ships proactively prevent water scarcity in remote or underserved systems. - **Status Evolution of Pakkonen:** Upon successful proof of financial autonomy and the establishment of a self-sustaining infrastructure, CONCORD is committed to upgrading the security status of Pakkonen from 0.4 to 0.5. - **Security Guarantee:** Upon reaching the 0.5 status, the contractually guaranteed CONCORD protection will be technically and executively ensured throughout the entire Pakkonen system. - **Economic Vision:** Through the Aquadis formula, Pakkonen serves as a blueprint for a new economy that sustains and finances its own infrastructure. - **Start of Water Management Infrastructure:** The construction of wells with integrated cascade power plants forms the foundation for an autonomous water management system. - **Physical Basis of Currency Creation:** Every well generates the real basis for the creation of the Water World Currency (ISAUNI) through precise control and measurement of water flow (in cubic meters). - **Generation of Basic Income:** This currency creation makes it possible to guarantee every resident of Pakkonen a basic income resulting directly from the kinetic movement of water. - **Financing Further Development:** Beyond basic income, the system generates the necessary surpluses to secure the operation, maintenance, and ongoing expansion of the entire infrastructure (education, high-tech, administration). - **Benefit for the General Public:** Since the system is backed by the physical power of flowing water, the community’s wealth is created not through debt, but through real work and the movement of natural resources. - **Autonomous Scaling:** Through comprehensive expansion, Pakkonen becomes an autonomous economic zone that sustains and maintains itself and serves as a stable anchor for the global rollout of our technology.
