Iā€™ve always found that the best way to enjoy PVE in EVE was to actually enjoy the PVE you were doingā€¦ and not JUST to grind for wealth. It also helps if you already have enough wealth to enjoy yourself in game, buy any new ship you want, etc. etcā€¦ and then do whatever PVE (or PVP) activities you enjoy whenever you want to enjoy them. But yesā€¦ some people are grinding for that next plexed month and it kinda ruins the buzz. Or maybe they just donā€™t enjoy shooting red crosses, in which caseā€¦ ratting is not for them, most likely. ---

Thereā€™s been several new threads popping up about this but all are getting closed, soā€¦ this seems to be where they want us to continue discussing this issue, or else the January update feedback thread? In any eventā€¦ I have just one suggestion for CCP regarding the botting issue in Emerging Conduits. Since most people are doing it with either Rattlesnakes or Gilas, just have the Trigs in an E.C. heavily attack their drones. I realize that means probably all droneboats would have a lot of drone aggro in there, butā€¦ if thatā€™s what it takes? thatā€™s what it takes. Full disclosure: Iā€™m a Gallente (all 3 mains Gallente) droneboat pilot at heart and while Iā€™ve moved on mostly to gunboats and missileboats, Iā€™ll always have a soft spot for droneboats and I love my Ishtars and Eoses even to this day. But if the botters are using Guristas ships to ruin the fun for everyone else to the point that CCP has turned a site that used to respawn in less than a minuteā€¦ to a site that takes 10 or 15 minutes or whatever it is people are reportingā€¦ then something must be done. A corpmate/fleetmate of mine suggested heavy neuts for Rattlesnakes butā€¦ dunno if you wanna make it that targetted. I think just heavy drone aggro from the E.C. trigs andā€¦ gotta use guns and missiles in the site, boomā€¦ mostly fixed. ---
