Once again it is the [Time of Shame](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/the-time-of-shame-approacheth/109385), where Omir Sarikusa’s lot make fools of themselves to a galactic audience. I have written about this in the past. However, [my bid to remedy this situation](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/the-theology-of-failure-has-failed/473955) went nowhere, much to my chagrin. Anyway, this years embarrassment has had some spice added to it in the form of this “[Hollow Clone” malarkey](https://universe.eveonline.com/new-eden-news/crimson-harvest-and-the-genesis-of-the-hollow-clones). Malarkey. Of the highest grade. So I learn that [once again](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/is-upwell-consortium-experimenting-with-mass-cloning-devices/445439), scientists at Upwell and their subsidiaries have attempted to r[einvent the wheel](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/legal-demand-for-concord-investigation-into-paragons-iris-technology/385314), rather than consult experts in relevant fields. So now they’ve gone and connected a bunch of blank clone bodies to some sort of cybernetic interface and they’ve gone and fardled it all up. Instead of consulting myself, who is quite probably the greatest authority in New Eden on dangerous meat-machine-interface technologies and how to avoid getting killed by them. And now there are hordes of ravening “hollow clones” rushing about making a nuisance of themselves, and Omir Sarikusa _and_ the Order of Tetrimon are getting in on the action of stomping them out. God give me strength, because I am quite sure that next year, someone at Upwell will create something else that is reinventing some ancient Takmahl technology, with predictably horrifying results. Like, what do I have to do ? Title every single one of my publications “Don’t Replicate This Bit Of Ancient Tech” ? What is it with Upwell’s scientists ? Why do they read my papers on “These Things Killed This Ancient Civilisation” and think “Well, that looks jolly good fun, let’s make a new version” ? ---
