Sounds neat. Is there a working definition for “toxicity” in your zero-tolerance policy? Different groups perceive different things as toxic. Where does your group fall within that spectrum? ---

Toxicity comes down to “any actions that has meaningful intentions however that may be”. In reality, being frustrated after losing a ship and transfering that frustration in a eve mail or local, being racist, homophobic also enter that “category”. To us, talking in local/mail or being rude in our discord is “toxic”. We’re playing a video game to have fun, losing or killing is part of it and negative emotions should be kept within the pilot’s mind and dealt with in a healthy way (outside EVE online and discord) ---
