# How can I recover my every old account?

I just found my old account (created in 2006) still exists in EVE system. I can get the recovering link, but the page shows the following errors when I clicked the “reset password” button:

> An unexpected error occurred, please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.

I’ve created a support ticket, and answered the questions the GM asked. But I haven’t got any response since then. It has been 23 days till now. I have no idea what’s going on!
