Ask [@ISD](https://forums.eveonline.com/groups/ISD) to re-open it for you. When the new forums came into existence, the closure policy applied to threads was _90 days from creation_. It’s subsequently been changed to _90 days of inactivity_, but older threads didn’t automatically get the new policy. If the thread was active less than a fortnight ago, you should have good cause to appeal and get it opened again. ---
