As regards Moisant, any improvement in status is due 100% to Corovid Industries, Viavant, and those who donated to us, _not_ to the shithead who has done his best to keep us from succeeding. Arson still has done nothing to help Moisant, and if he has done anything to help the continents on Octanneve V, it has not been publicized. The only good Arson has done is by attempting to take credit for the hard work provably done by others, which has helped us to discredit him in the eyes of former allies and associates of his. ---

Apologies for the silence on this front. After the news cycle died down, we chose to operate in relative obscurity due to the threats to our operations noted earlier in this thread. Our rebuilding objectives are about 30% complete. We focused on the most densely populated areas, meaning that about 60% of displaced residents have been able to return home. The others remain resettled at other locations, primarily on Gallente Prime and Matar. Two groups of displaced residents were being housed at locations that came under threat due to recent acts of aggression. We were able to ascertain that no one was harmed. We would like to send a special thanks to our partners on that front. Our current focus is on raising funds to continue rebuilding and rehousing residents. Unfortunately Clan Licei is litigating concerns around liability and insurance. We are looking forward to the Carnival season of YC122, and have several fundraising activities under consideration related to that event. The first will be the grand opening of CRAFT Bar and Grill aboard the Tebu Amkhiman in January. More details will be available in an [event-focused thread](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/event-craft-bar-and-grill-grand-opening-7-jan-yc122/205687), but everyone who pitched in with our rescue and recovery efforts after the storm will be specially invited as our honored guests. ---

A brief statement that doesn’t require its own thread: According to [The Scope’s](https://youtu.be/riOCXfxwhXc?t=196) news ticker, “Military Coup Carried Out By Colonial Militia on Vevolenel V Claim ‘Dissident Refugees’ Arriving in Octanneve.” Clan Licei of Moisant—Octanneve V would like to emphasize that we have no knowledge of the military coup that took place eight jumps away, though as refugees ourselves, we feel concern for the welfare of our neighbors in Solitude. There are a few habitable planets in Octanneve, and the news did not specify whether the dissidents are headed for Octanneve V. We must emphasize, however, that Octanneve V, and especially Moisant, is not prepared to take on refugees at this time. Speaking for Moisant, we are still in the process of rebuilding, and can offer no shelter and no resources to anyone else, even those in meed. This is a regrettable circumstance due to the storm that destroyed our city only a few months ago. We are also curious as to whether the same “seeding” that resulted in our hurricanes also played a part in the coup at Vevelonel.
