As far as I am aware this is still CCP’s stance on bumping. “CCP considers the act of bumping a normal game mechanic, and does not class the bumping of another player’s ship as an exploit. However, persistent targeting of a player with bumping by following them around after they have made an effort to move on to another location can be classified as harassment, and this will be judged on a case by case basis.” ---

However with that definition I could cancel warp, then say I am going to warp and then repeat and if he is persistent and stops me and I made an effort to move away then I can claim harassment and petition it there and then. So the OP should try this then, as he made multiple efforts to move away. And everybody who is bumped should do it. There you go… ---

OP, you done goofed. What happened to you is legal, and a result of your own poor decisions and ignorance. PS: I’m surprised that I actually experience a small degree of personal anger when I read how you managed to lose 8.8bil making such rudimentary, noob mistakes. Ive never had anywhere near 8bil, let alone would I be so irresponsible as to lose it in the way you did in one ship. Quite frankly, you deserved to lose it all. Your mistakes/ignorance is unforgivable. You wont get anywhere blaming EVE or who did this to you. This is entirely your own fault. Own it. ---
