As the title says, yesterday I bought a 19,99 € pack worth of 50 Omega days, and since then, I haven’t received it. I opened a ticket yesterday and still no answer. The account status in browser says I have 49 days of Omega left and current SKINR daily rewards will end in like 2 or so hours and I won’t be getting the Omega rewards even though I clearly should have Omega status. Help! ---

Did you send it to the wrong account? I did that with the weekend pack, I was logged in to the website but not on my main. ---

I think this was the case because I somehow got two registered accounts with the same name on the same e-mail. I added that info to the open ticket, but so far no answers. ---

This is something only support can help with, you’ll need to wait for them to review it, they will correct any issue with game time as needed. ---
