We hope the ship skins in the game can be improved compared to the current ones. Chinese players have quite high standards for ship skins. If possible, we hope CCP can collaborate with characters from anime, animations, or other games to create themed ship skins.   Specifically, we suggest focusing on EVE Echoes: Dawn, the Chinese server operated by NetEase. I strongly recommend a collaboration with the game Azur Lane. This game features shipgirls — cute and attractive female anthropomorphic ship characters. The game itself is rather boring, yet its company earns nearly 60 million RMB per month, which is roughly 9 million US dollars monthly.   At the same time, a large number of Chinese EVE players would love to have cute girl-themed designs on their ships, and they are more than willing to spend money on this. CCP could also collaborate with other anime characters. Your partner NetEase, which runs the Dawn server, also operates several anime-style games with monthly revenues of hundreds of millions of RMB.   If simply featuring cute anime-style female characters can generate such huge revenue, why doesn’t CCP adopt this approach? I would really like to talk to your business planners directly. I am a Chinese player and also work for the government, so I have extensive experience in this area. If possible, please help me get in touch with your business planning team or at least consider my request. ---

Apps like that can be considered as being “games” only in the most broader sense of that word. The most accurate description would be “an interactive software product designed for monetization“… not “a game”. ---

You’re right about one thing: If somebody puts cute anime girls on their ship, they NEED to get laid as fast as possible, because they are AWESOME. And that’s why I think Mr. Barviainen, who is a chinese government official mind you, is in fact brilliant for suggesting this idea to us, and should be treated with the appropriate respect and decorum that befits an administrator of the PEOPLE. And I want you all to appreciate Mr. Barviainen’s approach to appeal to the capitalistic western mind by suggesting an increase in profit, when it really is about liberating the players and giving them the freedom to choose anime. That is what the people’s republic is all about, and I can feel that! Mr. @Hittanpaa_Barviainen, once we hear the statements from the representatives of the United States and the Russian Federation, we will brief you on the next steps regarding your suggestion, and how we can implement it into production without major setbacks by possible aerial bombardments.
