Hi there, I have a question.

So, lets say I have an idea right? I want to start a contest for the EVE community. Where would I go in the forums to post that message and would that be okay? I am offering 15 BILLION ISK for a call to action that lies outside of the EVE game. But the winner will get 15 billion ISK! Its nothing “spam” or “scam” or anything like that, just an idea I had! No free plex if you enter your email or anything bogus like that!

I just want to make sure I get this right so I am curious how I would go about it! I’ve got some support from some key members of the EVE community so far, but I want to make sure its squeaky clean so we all have a good time and someone gets a pretty sweet prize!

Thanks
