You can… Use a little bit of the isk you have made since you joined in 2009 (I mean… 2009 you should be atleast asset or ISK rich). Buy skill extractors on the market extract the amount you need and then contract it to the char in question, logoff/login to the char you want to inject, accept contract and inject it. See… Easy. Really simple actually. ---

Been playing since '06 as well. Hell no. In fact, while we’re at it let’s remove extractors. They have no place in this game anyway other than to make super cap proliferation and inflation worse than it ever was prior to their implementation. Find another way to make money off us CCP that doesn’t actually destroy the foundations of this game. ---

Sadly the skill injectors have been around long enough for the damage done to be nigh unrecoverable. Game might have been better served with a mentoring system where older high skilled characters can bring alts or fellow corp mates up to speed faster… but none of this sitting in a capital ship within a day or two stuff that is currently possible.
