The Magic 14 is lacking Energy Grid Upgrades training and should now we call from this day fourth Magic 15 to add in the Energy Grid Upgrades resulting a request to have Reactor Control Unit II move to level 4 next to Power Diagnostic System II ---

how about an SoCT dreadnought? Call it the Pansophis. 🙂 Stats: 8/8/8 slots (highs: 7 missile slots, 7 turret slots), 3 rigs SoCT fitting pattern bonuses (except drone bay) 100k shield/armor/hull, 28/30/30 flat resist profile 900 CPU 800k grid 60k capacitor 0 drone bay capacity 2500 cargo 10k fleet hangar 1m ship hangar ---

How about the scan range? It would have system wide scan range on d-scan without needing to deploy probes. ---

Then 2009 it is. It was before CrimeWatch, and, I _think_, before FW PvE got massive boosts that turned it into pseudo-PvP FarmVille, so that works for me. No wonder the game head record login counts back then. It was actually _fun_. ---

Soundwave, if I recall, had a heavy hand in the design of the CrimeWatch system, which is quite possibly one of the worst changes in the history of EVE, not just because of its crappy game mechanics, but because it was done as a sort of “final solution” that ensured that no improvements to high-sec PvP mechanics would happen any time soon, if ever. ---
