Allow Caps & Super Caps in HS again, because the reason they are banned there no longer exist. ---

Yeah, I missed that one too. There was a rumor for a couple of years after I joined that a cap was stuck in Amarr. I never got to see it, but the rumor kept popping up that it would undock ever now and then… ---

I’ve heard there is a dread in highsec that was turned into a veldspar miner. I’ve never bothered to research if it’s true or not. Sometimes they say it’s a titan. Who knows ---

They buffed concord because of this. But caps/SC still banned from HS. Concord can kill a SC in few seconds now. ---

Regarding caps in High Sec, sometimes various teleport mechanics did funny things to caps and landed them in HS. CCP’s stance on this is [explained here.](https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203280661-Capital-Ships-in-High-Security-Space) ---
