It is only fair that (new) players get a proper warning about gankers. I am going to take this to the CSM. ---

Personally I think that @Hibiki_Kaneko has the right of it. Now, if we had Aura read those rules to new pilots or pointed to them as part of the NPE, would that satisfy your request? The list IS pinned on the forums, which I do not consider third party. m ---

If you have anything semi-nice, there’s a better than even chance that someone else wants it (or wants to see you deprived of it). I’ve even watched players be ganked in rookie ships (where there’s no profit to be earned whatsoever). ---
