No I wasn’t and that’s not even the poster I was replying to… So yeah, that right there proves my point that you have your head stuck so far up that you don’t even know who or what I was replying to… Ironically due to spite you immediately assume it was about ganking…

FYI, this was the convo:

Course you then jumped in at the end and without even looking at the convo, assumed I was talking about new players possibly getting ganked in Yulai and decided to post your stupid comment in an attempt to portray me as crying about it…

And now that everything is straightened out, get this through your thick head, I have no inclination whatsoever to conduct discourse with you… Now stop shadowing and pestering me with your BS replies..

Is it?

I am aware my experience is biased because of living in null sec, but I recall null having diamond rats from NPC Sotiyos added that randomly spawn and attack people (including our structures!).
I recall random metaliminal storms being added just to null that can disable the cloaks of our ships, which can easily get unprepared players killed. It also is rather dangerous if it coincides with a Sansha incursion and it’s tackle frigates at the gate your no longer cloaked ship is at.

Is it true that all of the dangerous new NPC mechanics are added to HS only, or might your observations also have a bias, just like mine, caused by your own experience of flying mostly in HS?

I’m not a nullbear but AIUI Blackout was a few weeks where they were hunting for botters, hence why it only lasted a few weeks.

So yeah, stop misrepresenting what happened in game and take your bias prejudice attitude somewhere else…

Yeah right, NPC Drifter gangs roaming around attacking Null Sec Alliance structures was CCP’s plan to catch botters…

Not a single mention of Drifters in there. Nor does it state that the purpose was to identify bots; it simply says that it gave them insight into player behaviour, including those suspected of using bots. Not the same thing as “catching bots”, and certainly not given as the primary motive.

Did you see the post they responded to? The post I had quoted for you? The whole reason why Yulai came up were the tornados ganking the gate (who were likely trying to get any AT ships going in is my guess).

Why is the jump from Manifest to Yulai considered to be a shipcaster? Is it supposed to be used only once and never get out again?

Im going to guess that its like this temporarily until June 9th. The fact that they invited us in there pre-release doesnt constitute anything you see now as permanent.

I only explored in there for a bit, and i didnt see any other additional shipcasters anywhere.

Did anyone see any other shipcasters?

Yea that message seems wrong at that gate.

There should be a specific message for using the gate to Yulai, one that does not mention the line about shipcasters or faction territory.

They should have a Shipcaster in each region in Exordium that jumps players to a random 0.9 system in each Empire (one time exit).

I know the gatecampers and gankers will cry foul, but f\*ck 'em.

So only one shipcaster total? And have it not lead to the FW HQ, which is the design of where they are going to point new capsuleers? Such last minute switching is bound to cause confusion…

So i posted my theory above Gerard…but i guess panic has once again set in.

Im pretty confident that this isnt permanent. They invited us in all willy nilly and just perhaps the gate labeled the way it is may be a preview of what youll see when the actual four shipcasters are there.

Its all just theory on my part. if it stays like that then thats a 180 from what we were all told weeks ago.

Oh I know, I’m just poking at Arthur saying that there should be in a shipcaster in each region of the region of Exordium and how those are tied to the Epic arc that hands players off to FW and how his suggestion makes no sense at all.

The Manifest-Yulai gate warning is a bit off, but it’s to be expected and will be addressed after all the other bugs are addressed.
