# Invalid response was received from authentication service for 'accountname' on 'Tranquility'

Unable to login right now, Nov 3rd 2024, 9:49am EST.

Launcher reports error: Invalid response was received from authentication service for ‘accountname’ on ‘Tranquility’. This may be due to a temporary outage. If the issue persists, please try re-authenticating the account by clicking the ‘Add Account’ button.

I tried re-adding the account, didn’t do anything.
