I read that as “scratching each other’s backs,” darling. Oh, I know it: _behave_. The great thing about waking up from sleeping for a year or two is that you have absolutely no idea who is on which base, and that is so much more interesting. Well, I guess I always know where Diana darling stands. I mean, there are universal constants, after all. And I do know the body builder has a high opinion of the State’s snipers at the very least, because he recommended (brilliantly, darling!) incorporating them into my administration’s AbsoluteSafety™ Shopping District. ---

Thank you for the kind invitation. The time might be somewhat inconvenient I am afraid, but I will see if arrangements can be made. And I assure you _I_ come from somewhere civilized enough to understand guest right. I would suggest that if people feel they cannot respect the host for that much, they refrain from attending, in order to avoid disgrace. There is no shame in trying to avoid putting yourself into an untenable position of conflicting duties. ---
