As i said…CCP gives them that control…because they NEED them as an excuse… Basicly they are doing what CSM wants,i stated the reason why…and believe it or not,they don’t care. The recent patch is a good example for that…or the embarrassing blackout paddling back… CSM has ZERO control? Dude open your eyes and remove your pink tinted glasses 🙂 ---

I see you posting that all over the place. They are definitely not a ‘Focus Group’. On paper that may be true but in reality most know that the CSM are more like Lobbyists, attempting to influence the actions, policies and decisions of CCP for the benefit of their affiliated groups. ---

CCP pays for the CSM, or at least pays for the CSM to give its opinion. They must feel it holds some value. ---

As I’m on the CSM, I’m pretty well placed to comment: CCP do listen to the CSM. And _sometimes_, just _sometimes_, they might change what they’re doing a little. The primary course of development comes from CCP. We have no control. A degree of influence, but no control. But you keep on wearing that tinfoil, keeping the evil goon mind control rays out. ---

The fact that CCP is expanding is not necessarily a good thing for EVE. Given all the past projects they have tried to develop, one must wonder whether this expansion is EVE related or whether they are using EVE to fund other never to be released projects… ---

What possible reason would _I_ have to back Goons or Code? (Code? Seriously? Goons at least have some organisation. Code, well, thinking that Code has _any_ relevance is just so darling.) ---

Despite the fact that CODE is basically just the high sec arm of the GOON(which both parties deny with much effort but to not a slight success).
