# Is this a bug?

Hi all,

I am 500m close to the container, but I cannot loot it and I am getting error: “Items are not within the reach” ☹ Is this a bug?

I think you are missing the point.

With the range he is from it he is supposed to be able to loot it. But he cannot, the game is telling him he is to far away.

If I remember correct you need to be within 1500m.

Unless PVE stuff works different then I will keep quite. 🙂

yup, I successfully looted all other stuff and then it somehow broke and I was not able to loot anything.
