While any company wants to get the most revenue coming in for the least amount of cost and community volunteers are a common method used to achieve this, poor or unsatisfactory volunteer effort or work may actually cost the business profit by creating more dissatisfied consumers than a payed employee. Volunteers should be applauded for donating their free time, but only when improvement or satisfaction with the consumerā€™s experience is repeatedly shown. A bad CR volunteer can create more problems than they try to solve. ---

The mods here are _saints_ compared to the mods on Reddit (and to a lesser extent Steam). On those platforms, if you donā€™t fit into their SJW agenda world views, they will hound you and repeatedly give you infractions and bans. They run their little simp fiefdoms and dole out favors to their brown-nosing subjects while silencing all dissent. That said, I do wish the mods here locked less threads than they do. An idea I had was to make a ā€œgarbage dumpā€ forum section where low-class (but not necessarily offensive or rule-breaking) threads can be moved to. ---
