Who I am

I’m itsFluffy000, a wormhole main and a chain hunter. Most of my time in EVE goes into one thing done well: hunting the chain. Scanning, seeding holes, building intel on who lives where and what they fly, and setting up fights I actually want to take instead of hoping one falls in my lap. I have spent years learning this the hard way, and it is the lens I see the whole game through.

I am not only a hunter. I love a proper WH brawl, and outside the holes I run lowsec black ops and capital fights with groups I have flown with for a long time. Small gang, cap escalation, and what happens when the blob rolls in. I have been on every side of it. I am firmly for small gangs, but I am not naive about why blobs form. That is a mechanics problem, and mechanics are exactly what the CSM exists to talk about.

Why I’m running

Everything I care about in this game comes down to one loop: people undock, people find each other, people fight. Lowsec and wormholes are the best engine EVE has for that loop. It is in CCP’s own numbers. Lowsec and J-space are about a third of everything that dies in New Eden, on a sliver of the population and a sliver of the dev attention. We punch way above our weight and get treated like the thing bolted on after the nullsec change ships. I want someone in that room whose whole goal is keeping that engine fed: more people in space, and more reasons to shoot them.

What a CSM actually is

Let me be honest about the job, because a lot of campaigns are not. A CSM writes no code and cannot promise to fix anything. What a CSM can do is get in the room early, bring real data instead of forum noise, and tell CCP “no, that breaks J-space” before it goes live and we are stuck with it. That is the job I am signing up for. An honest conduit both directions, not a hype man.

What I’ll push for

1. Make our space worth living in, so there is something to hunt. WH is the most dangerous space in the game. No asset safety, mass limits, everything you own one bad timer from gone. Right now it is rewarded worse than space with none of that risk. FW systems get cost breaks, asset safety, and cloning, while we get R4 moons and a shrug. Give people real reasons to set up shop out here (industry relief, gas compression in Tataras, in-system cloning, income that matches the danger) and the chain fills up with haulers, krabs, miners, and shiny structures. That is not charity for the krabs. That is bait. More people living here means more targets, more evictions, and more brawls for everyone.

2. Make farming catchable. The loudest fight in the community is that farming is too safe. Fab fleets and krabs roll their connection or warp their snipers out the second tackle lands, and there is no counter. Content you cannot punish is dead content. I will keep pushing on the drone-fab rework and on giving hunters a real answer, so PvE income comes with real exposure and every farm is a potential fight.

3. Small gangs over blobs. The blob is where fights go to die, from nullsec sov all the way down to wormhole evictions where the defender gets one shot against whoever brings the most bodies. 2026 is CCP’s year of warfare, and that is an opening. The force projection changes and the FW and insurgency work point the right way, but they have to keep iterating for small gangs instead of getting shipped once and abandoned. Nullsec needs real structural change so numbers stop being the only thing that wins.

4. Fix what makes people log off instead of undock. Performance and stability are content. The disconnect-while-jumping bug that turns your modules and rigs off has cost people ships and fights. Scanned sigs should survive a crash. And the long tail of small broken things deserves a team pointed at it. Keep Not-So-Little Things funded, because the best goodwill CCP ever earns is when the little stuff gets attention.

5. Get new players out here. J-space is too empty. I want new players to actually meet wormholes early instead of finding them by accident years in. More bodies in space is the long game, and it is good for all of us.

How I’ll work

Wormhole reps land changes through relationships and feedback, not solo genius. I am already active in the community, and if elected I will keep gathering feedback the same way through campaign season and all year: town halls, interviews, and just asking groups what is hurting. Bring me your pain points and your wishlists and I will carry the most complete picture I can into that room. I will show up for the summit, keep the NDA, and do the actual work.

I’ve flown with Fluffy on and off for a couple of years now, and he’s an excellent dude who cares about the health of the game more than some oldheads I’ve flown with. Wormhole space needs a voice from someone who truly lives that life.

Hello @itsFluffy000, what about this?

> - The connection between EVE Online and EVE Vanguard

Do you have any expectations what that could be, how it could work? I am aware there is nothing tangible yet, but it’s rather inevitable if I red FC correctly.
