Also, if you set the value too low, then the target can just get an alt of theirs to claim the kill…and then avoid the remaining 28 days of having a kill right on them. Personally, as a suspect hunter, I’ve never yet seen a kill right that was worth it…especially as a lot of the suspects with kill rights will quite soon be suspect again without the kill right. ---

Just for the sake of accuracy, if I recall correctly, you have to be on grid with the person for the KR icon to show up and only afterwards will it stay visible everywhere else, but until then it is not visible in local. ---

You can find many ‘open to everyone’ **kill rights** in Ahbazon .4 space. Many a smart bombing Machariel can be found in there catching people like me warping to and from Jita . Good luck. 🙂 ---
