The Kybers arrogance will result in the entirity of the Caldari to enact war decs against all Khyber forces, which will see Kyber Citadels destoyed across numerois regions or the Kybers will have to off line their citadels and regulate themselves to living in NPCs stations as all Non Khyber Citadels should deny them access.

Well, Nourvukaiken actually went to EDENCOM, and there’s three banks in the system, so we won’t have to worry about that. Just move all the money there!

Still, 95% or so of the State will fall to the Triglavians. It is inevitable.
