Hey. You didnt really give much in the way of requirements, though I can attest that we are quite laid back, so…check. In short, we (Quantum Star Conglomerate) are a small nullsec corp that is looking to grow and at some point in the near future will be trying to take sov, take being the operative word, rather than rent or join a bloc.
